We believe in keeping things straightforward, and our returns policy reflects that.

If there’s an issue, we’ll address it promptly and ensure the process is hassle-free for you.

Shop for your wiper blades with confidence. If they don’t fit perfectly, we’ll arrange a quick and hassle-free exchange or refund.

Physical Defects

Although uncommon, if your wiper blades arrive with a defect or develop one within a year of delivery, simply send us a photo of the issue. We’ll promptly replace the blades (shipping them to you via express post) or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.

If we need the wipers returned, we’ll cover the return postage costs for your convenience.

Shipping Delays or missing item

We’re happy to arrange a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • Products arrive damaged or are lost during transit.

  • Products supplied don’t fit the specified vehicle. (If the incorrect fit is due to an error on your part or by a third party, we may request you to cover the return shipping costs.)
